A bold blend with most of the beans coming from a single plantation nestled within the ancient rainforests of Peru.
Strong impressions of red and tropical fruit in the front palate, followed by complex layers of natural acidity which make it appear considerably less sweet than a common 65% dark chocolate.
Cuvèe is a local (Melbourne) small batch bean to bar producer who specifically crafts their chocolate to be paired with wine and other tipples.
Hot Weather Policy
We are passionate about ensuring your chocolate arrives in perfect condition (i.e. not melted). Therefore, if the weather is over 30 degrees we may withhold posting until the temperature drops a little. However, if this occurs, we will always send a text message to ensure you are informed.
